Service & Scheduling
We serve Winnipeg, Manitoba workplaces. At this time, we do not provide service outside Winnipeg.
Most programs launch within five to ten business days so there is time for site walks, staff onboarding, and access setup. We will let you know right away if your requested timeline needs adjustment.
Yes. RAXO brings the chemicals, tools, and equipment needed for nightly janitorial. Consumables such as paper products and soap can be client-supplied or added to your proposal.
We clean when your workplace is least active—typically evenings or early mornings. If daytime coverage is required, we can coordinate a vetted partner cleaner and confirm availability case-by-case.
Keys and fobs are signed out to named supervisors, alarm instructions are documented, and only assigned staff have access. We follow each client’s security protocol and log any changes in writing.
Pricing & Contracts
Pricing is based on facility size, service frequency, scope, and access requirements. After a walkthrough we provide a written proposal with a service matrix so you know exactly what is included.
Terms are defined in your proposal. We aim for stable recurring agreements, but notice and cancellation clauses are spelled out up front so procurement teams know how flexibility works.
Request a walkthrough via the contact form, email, or phone. We will tour the site, confirm scope, and send a written proposal within one to two business days.
Quality, Safety & Staffing
Yes. RAXO carries commercial general liability insurance – $2M per occurrence / $5M aggregate, plus crime/fidelity bond coverage. We are WCB registered, and clearance letters are provided upon request. Clients are named as additional insured on our Certificate of Insurance. All documentation is provided during onboarding or whenever your procurement team requests updates.
We focus on Winnipeg workplaces—professional offices (1,000–5,000 sq ft), non-acute medical and dental clinics, and managed property common areas. As a locally owned, founder-involved operation, we maintain local routes within Winnipeg to ensure fast response times and consistent service quality. New sites are added only when we can maintain our quality standards and direct founder involvement.
We provide routine floor maintenance (sweep, vacuum, damp mop) as part of our nightly cleaning service. For specialized floor care—carpet extraction, floor stripping & waxing, or burnishing—we maintain a referral network of trusted local contractors. This allows us to focus on delivering consistent, reliable nightly cleaning while still connecting you with vetted specialists when you need them.
Report it right away. We investigate, document the incident, and coordinate repair or replacement through our insured coverage.
Each site has a documented scope, checklists, scheduled inspections, and written follow-up so corrections stick.
We are not formally certified, but we align our programs to ISSA CIMS and GBAC guidance so that scopes, training, and disinfection follow the same best-practice frameworks.
