For larger or specialized floor projects, we coordinate everything under one proposal and one point of contact, so you don't have to manage multiple vendors for a single site.

We structure our management systems and disinfection protocols around recognized frameworks such as ISSA's Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and GBAC guidance. We use these standards to shape our checklists and audits while being clear that we're not currently certified.

We scope services to what we can reliably staff and supervise, and we only roll out new offerings once the systems behind them are stable. That's how we keep service consistent as we grow.

Procurement, risk, and property teams care about exposure. We keep the basics tight and the paper trail clean:

• WHMIS-trained staff with proper labelling and on-site SDS access
• DIN-registered disinfectants appropriate for offices and medical environments
• Registered with the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba; WCB clearance letter available on request
• Commercial general liability insurance (CGL) – $3M per occurrence

You shouldn't have to chase your cleaning contractor for answers. We aim to acknowledge issues the same business day and schedule corrective work as quickly as site access allows.

We serve Winnipeg and nearby communities only. Staying local lets us keep standards tight and avoid overextending crews.

We'd rather say "not yet" to work we can't support than stretch crews so far that basic standards start to slip.
